Located in Granbury, Texas, the hospital is a 59-bed community-based facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Hood County. A $15 million expansion is underway which includes a new third floor, adding 24 private patient rooms. Lake Granbury Medical Center is dedicated toward the highest standards of emergency care.

The Harvest Moon Festival in October features a pooch parade and pumpkin carving. The Christmas Parade in late November precedes the Christmas Candlelight Tour of Homes.
